Crowder Bros. Hardware is a family-owned and operated company in the Central Florida area including Tampa Bay and needed branding, logos, graphic design, social media, and websites for 3 locations, plus SEO. Locations are independently owned by several family members. Some of the locations are True Value affiliates. The challenge was to create brand awareness for the specific locations in St. Pete Beach, St. Pete Central Ave., and Spring Hill, Florida. These three locations were rebranded to stand alone from the other Crowder Hardware stores yet align with True Value as a trusted brand partner.

The rebrand included a logo that is easily recognizable, simple, and classic. The colors of blue and green subconsciously create trust and calm in the customer. The bold font stands powerfully and creates a memorable impression. A supporting simplified monogram version of the logo was created and displays on vehicle doors, staff garments, hats, signage, etc. A consistent variation of the logo is used for the website browser icon and social media profiles.

Vehicles wrapped in vinyl are an incredible method of creating brand awareness. The rolling billboards provide contact information and display consistent branding seen throughout the area being marketed.

Storefront signage consistent with the branding prominently displays the top-quality products logos visually attracting the attention of drivers and pedestrians at the 3 high-traffic locations.

Mobile-first, tablet, and desktop versions of three websites, for the Spring Hill location and each of the two St. Pete locations, to better address each area’s individual markets. Both sites’ focus is to build brand awareness and drive foot traffic to each store. Each hardware store location has a special feature from a Pawn Shop to a Gun Department. The websites each include an Articles section that aligns the top-quality brands sold at the stores with useful advice and announcements for loyal customers and new website users.

SEO services are applied to each website and Google tools are utilized for compliance to always increase search rankings.

Facebook Pages for each location were created. Boosted Facebook posts and Google Ads were developed perpetually utilizing the website Articles, holidays, and special offers. We implemented coop marketing campaigns with Benjamin Moore and CR Plastic Company to align their trusted names with the loyalty of Crowder Bros. Hardware customers.
