Izabela Brzostek is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Anaconda Agency. Her responsibilities include overseeing all company operations, as well as an active role in business development and management, research, analysis, strategy, and budget planning.

Izabela has an extensive background in financing, having managed $8 million in annual gross receivables for a leading consumer finance company. She has also been a managing partner at multiple business startups, where she has designed and implemented systems that improve efficiency and streamline everyday operations for companies to thrive. Anchoring that success is her intense focus on impeccable attention to detail, which allows her to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.

Educated in Europe at the Nicolaus Copernicus College of Language Arts in Radom, Poland, Izabela earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Florida Metropolitan University in Clearwater, Florida. An avid advocate of a healthy and active lifestyle, her passions include her husband and three children, three dogs, nature, cooking, and hiking. She lives creatively between Clearwater, Florida, and Pavones, Costa Rica.
