H’ours Creole Smokehouse located in historic downtown Tarpon Springs, Florida is a farm-to-table restaurant.

H’ours updates their menu daily because they only serve the freshest ingredients from the finest sources. From meat to vegetables they select the best items to serve in their mouthwatering gastronomical creations. 

They believe their customer’s experience should be more than good food but also a good time that results in positive feelings to keep them coming back for more. Their slogan, “Come Spend a Few”, plays off of the brand name and shows people that they aren’t a food mill but a place for friends and family to meet and make unforgettable dining memories.

H’ours offers several nights of live music and a monthly Sunday brunch. We developed several weekly promotions from Rib and Date Nights to upsell items like take-home food and condiments. We used their website, Google Business Page, and Facebook to promote the weekly events. Instagram Reels were used to promote their fun vibes and atmosphere by showing their food preparation or completed meals as mouthwatering samples choreographed to music.

Google Analytics aligned with Search Console provided the metrics needed to measure the marketing efforts and helped streamline their spend on Google Ads to the local area. We increased their website, social, and foot traffic by cohesively aligning each marketing asset.

The branding and marketing assets were updated quarterly to keep their image fresh just like their delicious creations. Social media was updated several times per week and comment engagement was maintained to show their desire to be more than a great restaurant with fresh food but a place to create happy unforgettable memories.
