Riviera Place is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This residential complex features modern living in a classy architectural style located on the waters of Tampa Bay. The client needed a logo that was hip and cool yet sophisticated and contemporary reflecting the local area.

The challenge was to create a logo that would also translate well onto a monument entry. After the logo was selected we created the artist rendering of the entry. It showed a physical curve, a living wall, textured black metal, stainless steel, colored translucent plexiglass, all elegantly backlit, on a foundation of a Gabion wall, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, and accented with a warm sunset glow.
